For me, LeADERS has been a meaningful part of my time at Old Dominion University. It’s more than just a set of courses—it’s a way to connect what I’ve learned in the classroom to real experiences that matter. The program focuses on six areas: Leadership, Applied Work-Based Learning, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Research, and Service Learning. Each one challenged me to grow in different ways, whether it was by stepping into leadership roles, exploring how to support diverse learners, or applying what I learned in real-world settings. LeADERS helped me reflect on my journey and build a clearer vision for who I want to be as a professional.
